Piece of Mind vol03

Piece of mind was created on a 30x40in canvas. Snakes have often been associated with rebirth and shedding the old. The black and white contrast represents that constant internal battle of good and bad and colors to represent coming to life. The next process only begins when there is something weighing on my heart. A canvas piece will be cut and attached to a 12x12in painted board with a message on the back. This piece is then inserted into a hand made case of wood and clay to represent a brain as a whole. The piece is then shipped with a certificate of authenticity and a blank canvas puzzle piece for the recipient to create and send back to replace in the original. A 13x19 giclee print of the original is also included.
